Our shop is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

20. Personalised Products
Because our books are personalised and made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded simply because you changed your mind once production has started.
This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged or not as described.
21. Defective or Incorrect Products
If your legging arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing defect or an error attributable to SculptLab, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number together with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
If the defect is confirmed, we will offer, as appropriate:
- a free replacement, or
- a full refund.
No return should be sent without prior authorisation from our customer service team.
22. Exclusions
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted during personalisation, including spelling mistakes, incorrect age, or low-quality/blurry photos uploaded by the customer.
We are also not responsible for damage caused by misuse, humidity, excessive heat, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
